It’s Another Post with Mostly sakurademonalchemist Stories

Hi everyone, I’m on time this post! It was a short week, but I was kept busy with my job. I’ve started rereading Mauling Snarks and finished A Distant Storm, but other than that I haven’t really read something I’ve already talked about. The new chapters this week are: Naruto: The Game of Life, Heroes Assemble!, Hive Daughter, Taylor Varga (Omake Continued), Ashes to Flame (finishing it), Breaking the Gilded Cage, Angels and Demons and Mauling Snarks.

Moving on, I’m gonna continue with what I read by sakurademonalchemist. The first one I reread was Messenger of Hope. It’s a Naruto and Sonic the Hedgehog crossover. Sonic the Hedgehog is a game and cartoon about a very fast blue hedgehog that goes against Dr. Robotnik.

In the fic, Sonic and his friends are summons that fem. Naruto gets before she graduates the academy. She starts up a messenger service under another name and when she doesn’t graduate, makes it her fulltime job. Watch her and the Sonic crew change things, including the Akatsuki. It hasn’t been updated since 2015.

Second I reread was Gorgon, a Harry Potter and Fate/Unlimited Blade Works crossover. It has Illya waking up in Diagon Alley years in the past after being killed in UBW. She discovers it is when Harry Potter starts Hogwarts and goes with him to make his life better. Watch as she changes his and her lives to make them better. Also not updated since 2015.

Then came the ones I read for the first time. First one was Iced Darkness, a Harry Potter and Rise of the Guardians crossover. Rise of the Guardians is a movie about Jack Frost, a spirit who is chosen to join spirits like Santa Claus and Easter Bunny in the Guardians. However, Pitch wants to drag them all into the blackness. Who will win?

The fic has fem Harry becoming the dark version of Jack’s powers after her owl is killed and nothing is done about it. She and Jack are eventually told to join the Guardians, but Pitch has his own plans, including one that led fem Harry to where she is. Last updated in 2014.

Second is Golden Queen, a Fate/Stay Night and Harry Potter crossover. It has an under ten fem. Harry being assalted by a man in Japan and accidentally summoning a Saber version of Gilgamesh from the Archer at the church. He deages to Kol Gil and they grow up together under the Magus Killer’s fathering. How will this change things? Same update time as previous one.

Next is The Death God and the Mystic Eyes, which is a Bleach and Tsukihime crossover. Tsukihime is from the Type-Moon Universe. It’s about Shiki Tohno, a boy who, unless he wears special glasses, can see lines on everything that if he traces them, kills them. This ability is called, The Mystic Eyes of Death Perception. He has to deal with Dead Apostles and a True Ancestor that come to his city. Arceuid, the True Ancestor, is after one of the Dad Apostles that keeps reviving himself. In the Visual Novel, like with Fate/Stay Night, you can pursue different girls.

In the fic, Ichigo finds himself with these eyes and wants to change them. He works with Rin (from Fate/Stay Night) and Zelretch to do this. There isn’t much in the Bleach storyline yet, but that time period just started. Again not updated since 2014.

Lastly is one I mentioned about near the beginning of my blog, but didn’t link to or talk about. I reread Memories of Nobody, which is a Kingdom Hearts and Harry Potter crossover. It has Xion, #14 from Organization 13, taking Fem Harry’s place after the killing curse kills Fem Harry to put her and her parents into Kingdom Hearts to be reborn. Watch as Xion goes to Hogwarts and tries to save her fellow Nobodies (that she actually likes). Not updated since 2017.

Finally I reread parts of the fic, Here in My Arms by Platinumsabr. It’s a Rosario + Vampire fic. Rosario + Vampire is a manga turned anime about Tsukine Aono. He is a human boy who’s parents accidentally sign him up for a school for monsters (youkai) called Youkai Academy. He meets a female vampire named Moka who really likes his blood. However, she has an powerful inner personality that only he can free. Watch as he tries to get by while hiding that he’s a human.

In the fic, it’s after the first two years of schooling and Tsukine decides he’s gonna confess to Moka. It doesn’t go well and he chooses to let go of something that he already knew he had already lost, changing everything. It’s a good story with 30 chapters, but unfortunately hasn’t been updated since 2017.

A Day Late, Yet Again

Sorry this is a day late again everyone. I didn’t sleep well Sunday night and yesterday I apparently conked out right after dinner and didn’t wake up until a little before my alarm this morning. Didn’t even remember about my blog until halfway through the morning. I’ll include today in the post (not that there was anything new today). There wasn’t much this weekend, though I did get 6 shinies for the Swinub Community Day on Saturday. I also got all the Sinnoh Stone evolutions, but no Happiny yet. This weekend there are tasks during the same time as a Community Day that allow you to get Clamperl and its evolutions.

Onto the fanfics, I finished rereading Rising From the Shadows and Hawk-Eyed Charlie. The new chapters were: Black Sky (one last one on Sat), Relic of the Future, Gun Bunny, Ranma: Happenstance Gone Right, The Unseen Hunt, Seerking’s Asylum, Ashes to Flame, Souls of the Heart (not finished, misread an author’s note), Recoil (been waiting for this!), Teeth and Claws, and Mauling Snarks.

First off, I started rereading the third year version of the ‘Last Mage’ saga by TheBeardedOne called A Distant Storm. It follows Kal-El Harry and his adventures. However this time it includes elements from Fantastic Beasts. Still a good series. After that it was mostly sakurademonalchemist, but there were some from sbmcneil too.

The first of sbmcneil was Odyssey to the Orient. It has Harry and Ginny accidentally grabbing a portkey when cleaning Grimmuald Place. It takes them to an Asian country and they have to try and find their way back while their friends and relatives try to find them. It’s a fun little three-chapter story that doubles as a love story. Try it out!

The other one from them was Without a Trace. It’s a five-chapter story that has Harry and Ginny running away from the Wizarding World less than a year after the war ends. It follows two aurors tasked with what finding out why on Arthur’s request after eight years. Read as they reveal what lead to them leaving. Will they be able to find them? Read and find out!

Moving onto sakurademonalchemist, the first one is a purely Harry Potter fanfic called, Time Turned Back. At the beginning of fourth year, Harry finds Draco stealing from Snape’s potion supplies. In the resulting clash, Harry ends up in Hogwarts during his parent’s time. He decides to change things and goes to Slytherin to change things. This is one of the few that this author has finished.

The second one is a Supernatural fanfic called Castielle. In the future that Dean visits where Castiel is addicted to drugs, the world essentially ends and God sends Cas back to help change it. However, in order to do that he needed to make him, a her. Castielle has to help change the future while getting used to being a girl. Not finished and not updated since 2014.

Third is a Harry Potter and My Little Pony crossover caled Dusk and Dawn. My Little Pony is about Twilight Sparkle, a unicorn who spends her days in the library. She is sent to help out Ponyville prepare for a festival, but ends up finding friends and battling an ancient evil. That’s just the start as the story continues through many seasons, several specials set having them as humans and a movie.

In the fanfic, fem Harry is really Twilight’s sister that was stolen by Fawkes as a young foul. When her wand is broken before fifth year, she finds a spell to take her to her home. She leaves, takes Sirius with her to be reunited with her family. Again not finished or updated since 2014.

Next is Howl of the Moon, which is a Howl’s Moving Castle and Harry Potter crossover. Howl’s Moving Castle is a Hayao Miyazaki movie. He was a director for Studio Ghibli for many years and has directed many great movies. Howl’s Moving Castle is about a girl named Sophie who is a normal girl until she meets the mysterious Howl. A witch doesn’t like them getting along so she curses Sophie. Watch Sophie try to break her curse while dealing with Howl and trying to stop a war.

In the fanfic, fem Harry ends up in the Howl world a few years before the events. She takes Sophie’s place as the main character and causes massive changes. Don’t worry however, Sophie has her place in the story. Same as the last two in updates.

Then was Cinnamon and Red, a Pokémon Adventures and Harry Potter crossover. Pokémon Adventures is a comic that follows Red (who is like Ash) and Blue (who is like Gary) on their adventure.

The fic has Cinnamon as Red’s sister, who was kidnapped as a kid to become the girl who lived. It has her joining her brother and Blue on their adventures. There are no elements of HP in currently cause it hasn’t gotten that far yet. Again, same as the last three on updates.

My Thoughts on Kingdom Hearts 3

Hello friends! I finished off Mutant Storm and reread Peace through Power and Enough. I also ordered a KH3 Sora outfit hoodie and Organization 13 trench coat over the weekend. The new chapters for this weekend were: Harry Potter and The Chance at a New Life, Tsunami, Relic of the Future, Gun Bunny, The Unseen Hunt, Black Sky (a week of updates, YAY), Seerking’s Asylum, Ripple and Mauling Snarks.

Spoilers Start

So I said I would talk about Kingdom Hearts 3 and my thoughts on it. I enjoyed it and all the worlds were fun (though I wish I could have told Baymax that I was satisfied with my care). I heard some opinions that it was too easy and I have to agree. I mean it may just be that I’m older, but I remember having a harder time on standard mode on the earlier games. I also agree with the opinion that it is a very end heavy game because the ‘final battle’ takes a long time to go through with all the cut scenes involved.

Moving on, I’m glad everyone was brought back, but wish we knew more about Xehanort and Eraqus. It seems everything was based on a game they played kids, but they’re two of the characters we know the least about. I wasn’t happy that Sora disappeared in the ending credits, but it’s obviously leading into the next story-line. Also, Luxu and four of the five Union leaders are back. Having Xigbar being Luxu wasn’t as much as a surprise to me as The Master of Masters told him, “You’ll see,” when he was told what was in the box. This indicates that he would be around to see why whatever was in the box.

We also learned that the Dandelion union leaders (and others) found a way to get transported to the future without their memories (as indicated by Ventus, Marluxia and Larxene being in the future, but not remembering the past). Skuld is also possibly mentioned as the unknown girl that was experimented on by Ansem the Wise and the Xehanort-possessed Terra. We only don’t know about Brain and Ephemer (though he showed up [sorta] to help during the pre-final battle) and we might have met Strelitzia in the ‘Final World.’ (If this doesn’t make sense to you, it’s from the phone game, Union x and it’s prequel, x [chi] (though this one was only in Japanese and isn’t around anymore and I didn’t know it was important until after I played KH3).

Finally, what’s up with the secret ending? Do Sora and Riku end up in the Yozora world or The World Ends With You world? And it also looks like the original Union leaders and Luxu will be the enemy this time. And where is the Master of Masters and Union Leader Ava? Hopefully all will be revealed soon. Also I’ve started watching x [chi] on Everglow’s channel on YouTube.

I started off reading the fanfiction Reasons why HYDRA should not use FedEx by JoyisaBike. It’s a Marvel verse story where Darcy is Tony’s half sister and ends up with a FedEx package with The Winter Soldier in it. Chaos ensues (also around the time Captain America is woken up). Read the three chapters of fun, it made me chuckle.

Next, I read Saviour of Magic by Colt01. It’s a Harry Potter story where Harry escapes from Privet Drive while getting beaten by Vernon and ends up in Potter Castle. A ghost relative and the family portraits then raise him. He heads to Hogwarts smart and knowing about magic. This is a very anti-muggle story and that isn’t fully explained until much later in the story, but it almost made me stop reading at times. Still an interesting story though.

Then, I read Secret Love by White Angel of Auralon. It’s a Harry Potter story where Harry and Ginny get together New Years of his 5^th year, but they keep it a secret until they accidentally let it out in 6^th year. They pretend it’s new and ‘break up’ at the end of the year. Watch how things are different with Ginny having a more prominent influence on Harry earlier.

I also read Muggleborn Teacher by White Angel of Auralon. Again, it’s a Harry Potter story. This time a muggle-born wizard ends up as Harry’s elementary school teacher and helps him get away from the Dursleys. A Harry raised by scorned muggle-borns comes to school, how will that change things?

I Finished Kingdom Hearts 3!

Hi friends, I’ve done it, I’ve finished Kingdom Hearts 3 today! It took 26ish hours in-between work and sleep over the last two weeks, but I’m glad I played it. The ending, wow, not completely happy with it, but I don’t hate it. It’s obviously not the end of the series (way too many things unanswered and new questions came up). I’m looking forward to the continuing story, though for now it will continue in Kingdom Hearts Union x (KHUx). In watching some of the Japanese translated story quests (they’re a bit ahead of the international version) and we learn more about some of the members of the Organization’s somebodies. I watched it on Everglow’s channel. He has all of the story quests from KHUx and a Kingdom Hearts timeline episodes. I have many thoughts about the KH3 story, but I’ll wait to talk about it until Monday when I have had more time to take it all in.

It didn’t read much this week because of that and work, but I did read some things. I finished rereading Harry Potter and the Stargate and reading Harry Potter and The Chance at a New Life. The new chapters for this week are: Knight of Betrayal and Taiga Cub, Reality Bites Worm, Pain and Hatred: A Stray Devil’s Tale, Heroes Assemble!, Titanfall, Seerking’s Asylum, Ashes to Flame, Mauling Snarks, Taylor Varga (omake). I also finished my fanfiction archive with everything I’ve mentioned so far (as far as I know, I might have missed a few). Feel free to use it to find a story you like!

I read several shorter stories, but I didn’t get much as previously mentioned. The first two are from White Angel of Auralon. They’re called Older Brother and Older Brother – Tournament Trails. It’s the first and sequel of a Harry Potter story where Harry is born several years earlier. His younger brother is born around the time he would be and their grandmother and grandfather die protecting them, leaving their parents alive. It’s the story of Harry protecting his brother and his friends from Voldie and Dumbles as he goes about living his life. Both are six chapters long, but that doesn’t make them bad.

I also reread a story from sakurademonalchemist called Bonds Across Time. It’s a crossover between KHR and InuYasha where fem. Tsuna falls into another well in her hometown and ends up in the feudal era. She finds the Primo and his guardians and becomes their little sister. She eventually also meets Kagome and the crew. It’s a good story, but again it’s incomplete.

The final one is another I’m rereading called Mutant Storm by Bobmin356. It’s an X-Men and Harry Potter crossover where Harry awakens his mutant powers after learning that learning the prophesy. He learns that things aren’t as they seem and feels betrayed. Jean feels his anguish from America and goes to find him. She learns that Lily was her sister (Dumbles erased her memory of her family and her family’s memories of her when she decided to go Xavior’s school). He goes with her and has to decide, is the English wizarding world really worth saving?

One finally thing I forgot to mention last post, I saw Aquaman in theaters. It’s good and I find I enjoy the solo hero DC movies than the ones about multiple heroes together. There were classic chichés in it, but that’s normal (like the kiss in the middle of the big battle). I hope there are more better DC movies and look forward to the Marvel ones over the next few months.

Yeah, that Super Bowl … A Bit of Let Down, Wasn’t It?

Hi friends, I don’t have much to report this weekend because of Kingdom Hearts 3, the Super Bowl and making the fanfiction archive. The Super Bowl was kinda a let down right? I mean, it was a game of many firsts for a Super Bowl, but I’m not sure ‘lowest scoring game’ is one that either team wanted. Some of the commercials were interesting but last years were better and the Half-time show was okay, but not the greatest especially with all the bleeping. In other news, the fanfiction archive is growing, but it’s not done yet.

Kingdom Hearts 3, is an awesome game. I’ve done most of the worlds shown in trailers: Tangled, Winnie the Pooh, Toy Story, Frozen, Monster’s Inc. and Pirates of the Caribbean 3. Big Hero 6 is next and we’ll find out where we go from there. There are a lot of cut-scenes in-between worlds cause there’re just so many characters to follow. I’ll really looking forward to where this all is leading!

Story-wise, I continued reading Dodging Prison and Stealing Witches – Revenge is Best Served Cold and started rereading Harry Potter and the Stargate. The new chapters for this weekend are: Relic of the Future, Seerking’s Asylum, Hive Daughter, The Unseen Hunt, Tsunami and Mauling Snarks..

I started reading the sequel to the Danger-verse story I mentioned last time by whydoyouneedtoknow called, Living Without Danger. It follows Harry and the Pack throughout their first two years at Hogwarts and their adventures without Danger around. It’s good and looking forward to the rest.

I also got a updated for a story I haven’t mentioned yet, called Peace through Power by Vherstinae. It’s a Command & Conquer (Game) and Worm Crossover where Taylor finds a journal of her mother’s time under Lustrum and finds the phrase ‘Peace Through Power.’ She uses this and her mother’s powerful family to free herself from Winslow and the story goes on from there. It’s only nine chapters so far, but it’s interesting.

Finally, I started reading a Harry Potter and Stargate SG-1 crossover called Harry Potter and The Chance at a New Life by kossboss. It has the basilisk bite weakening the soul piece in Harry’s head after second year, allowing Harry to take all the memories and destroy it. Using them and looking over his life, he decides to take all he can and go through the unlocked ‘Veil of Death’ to an alternate reality. He ends up in room with the Quantum Mirror (before SG-1 gets there). Watch how his presence changes things! I haven’t finished, but it looks like its still going!

First Week on the Job!

Hello my friends! My first week of work was tiring, but worth it. I’ve proved I can do it, both to my employers and myself. I haven’t had much time to myself because of work and sleep, but I did some things. One of those things was work on the fanfiction archive I have. I’ve done some of the authors, but I also took care of the one that was the most trouble, you guessed it sakurademonalchemist. I hope to finish it this weekend, but I plan to finish it by this time next week at the latest.

I played the beginning of Kingdom Hearts III, but haven’t had much time as I said. I finished the amusing little segment at the beginning and am now in the actual game. I also read more Taylor Varga and reread No Need for Harry. The new chapters this week are from: Celestial Worm, Reality Bites Worm, Service with a Smile, Hive Daughter, Breaking the Gilded Cage (Tues & Fri), Angels and Demons, Unexpected Restart, Deku: The Telekinetic Hero, Worm – Justice for All, Ashikabi of Thunder and Lightning, Heroes Assemble!, Mauling Snarks Omake, Konsō, Broken Dreams, Ashes to Flame and Mauling Snarks.

I did get some time to read also and reread (or at least start to) two fanfics. The first is called Living with Danger by whydoyouneedtoknow. It’s the first of the Danger-verse stories. It’s a Harry Potter story where Hermoine has a much older sister, nicknamed ‘Danger.’ She is a seer, who got her magic when she found their parents dead soon after Voldie died. She finds Harry when she and Hermione move into the area. They accidentally meet Remus and things fall into place from there. I finished this one, but haven’t started the second in the series. Be sure to read it and it’s sequels!

The second is called Dodging Prison and Stealing Witches – Revenge is Best Served Cold by LeadVonE. It’s another Harry Potter story, however this one starts with a Harry that has been in Azkaban for 10 years. Voldemort has been in control for a while, but Harry has been in Azkaban since 2nd year when Ginny died. Why? Because why wouldn’t the abandoned brother of ‘The-Boy-Who-Lived’ (fake) do that to his brother’s girlfriend (on trumped-up charges). After being tossed through The Veil, he learns that Dumbles did it to keep him out of the way until it was time to use him. He is told this by Fate and Death who have already repeated the timeline once using his brother John. They send Harry because John clearly can’t do it, but the recently sent back John will be there too. Sound complicated, it is but is good anyway. It’s a good story and is on the third ‘book’ if I remember correctly.

The First Day of the New Job and Going to Pick Up KHIII Soon!

So, it was a long first day on the job, but I’m grateful I have one! Because of that and other things, I don’t have much for this weekend. However, I have gotten started on the fanfiction links I promised. You’ll notice on the top of the page next to the Archive link, there is now a Fanfiction & Links link. I’ve split it so you can look for the fics by Author or by Original Story. There are links to these sections in the Fanfiction link, along with other links I’ve given that aren’t fanfictions. Since I didn’t have as much time as I would like, I’ve only add two author’s stories into both sections. Have a look if you like (I don’t know why the color is pink, I also haven’t had time to look into how to change it). Also, I’ve decided to have the name of the fic be the link to the story from now on my posts and the Fanfiction section.

Moving on, I read more Taylor Varga and Sky Bunny along with the Slime Web Novel and reread Justice, Justice Shall You Pursue and Petrification Proliferation. I also watch some more of the Black Clover anime, but switch to the manga after episode 30 and read up to the latest chapter, 190. The new chapters from this weekend are: Mauling Snarks, Tsunami, Seerking’s Asylum, The Unseen Hunt, Devil Ninja, and History’s Strongest Disciple Again? (azndrgn is taking Feb off to focus on Kingdom Hearts III). I wish I could, but I’m gonna get the game in less than an hour then probably crash.

I did read a few new fanfics anyway. The first one is Red String by Lady Hallen. It’s a KHR and Harry Potter story where fem. Harry meets Reborn after her war and after he grows up again. They hit it off and start spending time together, however with both of their secret lives, can they stay together? Find out if you read.

The only other one I read is called, Luna Lovegood and the Dark Lord’s Diary by The madness in me. It has Luna ending up with Voldemort’s diary a few months into her first year. When she writes in it, Tom of course writes back and wants to go back to Ginny. However, Luna likes him and doesn’t think he has Ginny’s interests at heart (lol, yeah no), so she keeps the diary. So the question must be asked, will Luna fall under his influence … or will Tom end up under hers?

I Got a Job! (YAY!)

Hey everyone, I finally got a job that isn’t temporary! I start on Monday and it’s a 10 hour work day so I may start posting earlier on Monday cause I start at 6 in the morning. I’ll have less time to read, but that doesn’t mean that I’ll stop posting. So look forward to many more posts my readers. I’ve decided that I’m going to create a fanfiction page where you can look through either the author’s name or originating story to find a certain fanfic. I’ll try and implement it this weekend.

This week was again more Taylor Varga while I continue to work through the web novel of That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime and finished rereading Demonic Jewels. No new episodes of the Slime anime yet cause that comes out on Monday. The new chapters for this week are: Flames, Reality Bites Worm, Knight of Betrayal and Taiga Cub, Hive Daughter, Seerking’s Asylum, Campione of the Raging Tides, A Ninja Summoned, Heroes Assemble!, Mauling Snarks (Friday) & Omake(Wednesday), The Gamer, Titanfall, Raptor of the 20^th Ward, Ashes to Flame, Mending the Knots, Breaking the Guilded Cage, Angels and Demons and Taylor Varga Omake (MCU).

In the fanfiction world, I started reading (but haven’t continued cause it couldn’t fully keep my attention) ‘Forged in Hellfire: Lost Soul Reborn’ by RainthelingeringSentiment. It’s a Naruto and Mortal Kombat crossover. Mortal Kombat is an arcade game turned movie and cartoon/anime? I don’t normally pay attention to it, but the fanfic sounded interesting at first. It has Naruto falling in love with Haku on the Wave mission and sacrificing himself to save her from Kakashi’s attack. This awakens the sleeping portion of his soul that was formerly Scorpion’s (Hasashi Hanzo) and they have to merge to stay alive. The resulting personality is a mix of the two and he has to figure out who he is now. It’s a harem fic. The second one in the same situation as the first is ‘Time Traveling Prince’ by Tactition101. It’s a Naruto and Sailor Moon crossover where Naruto is Chibiusa’s older twin brother who was sent to the allied Konoha to learn. He is sent after her to help her when she goes to the past and does his best to help her. It just didn’t catch my interest that day. The only other new stories I read were, of course, more sakurademonalchemist ones! Only four this time though. The first is ‘Lost Name’ and is a crossover between Cardcaptor Sakura and Harry Potter. It has Harry being Eriol from the second series and making his own cards. Clow even gets his own body for a while. The second one is ‘Angels Among Us,’ which is a crossover between Supernatural and Ghost Rider. It has an angel that has been captured in Hell being the power behind the Ghost Rider. When Dean is in Hell, he sees the angel and becomes her vessel to break her out of Hell when he gets out. Having her around changes things and mostly for the better. Third is ‘Soul and Sword,’ a crossover between Yu Yu Hakusho and Fate/Stay Night. Shiro heard about Genkai from his father before he died, so he goes to her to help him train as a Magus. He ends up in her tournament and ends up getting training from her alongside Yusuke. Shiro unlocks his magic and learns how to be a psychic while helping Yusuke and the gang. The final on is the one I’d already read, ‘Sky Bunny.’ It’s one of the newer(ish) of their stories and is a crossover between KHR and Yu-Gi-Oh! I’ve mentioned it before, but haven’t talked about it. So, Yu-Gi-Oh! Is an anime based on a card games of the same title. The original series is about Yugi Muto, an aspiring duelist who has an old gold Egyptian puzzle necklace that looks like and upside down pyramid. This necklace has the spirit of an old Egyptian pharaoh who takes over and helps Yugi duel. He soon learns that just because it’s a game, it doesn’t make it any less real.

The story has a Fem. Tsuna becoming Yugi’s rival’s, Seto Kaiba, assistant to get away from her hometown. Seto ends up keeping her as his assistant and even transfers her to his and Yugi’s school (before the series starts). I also watched the first episodes of the anime, “Black Clover.” It’s about a young boy named Asta who wants to become the Magic King to prove a poor orphan can do it. The only problem, he doesn’t have any magic. When everyone else, including his rival Yuno, gets a grimoire and he doesn’t, he’s devastated. However, when he stands up to a magician to save his friend, he gets a grimoire that manifests a sword that cuts through magic. The one issue, it has a five-leaf clover on it. That indicates that it’s related to a demon, the very beings the original Wizard King defeated. What will happen next? I don’t know, I just started watching it, but it’s really interesting anyway.

A Change in the Schedule

Hello my readers (the few of you there are), it’s been yet another weekend! There have still not been any votes on my poll, so my friend’s opinion looks like it will be the only one I’ll base my decision on. I said next post because I am changing my second posting day to Friday instead of Thursday. The reason for this is because I now have a class on Thursday night and might not be able to post if I leave it for that night.

Moving on to the part of this that most people care about, I read some more Taylor Varga, Mythical Night and Harry Potter and The Daft Morons. The new chapters this weekend were: Breaking the Gilded Cage, Ashes to Flame, Mauling Snarks (Fri & Mon), Primordial Vortex, Relic of the Future, Less than Zero, Gun Bunny, The Unseen Hunt, Worm: More Than Meets the Eye, The Gamer and Taylor Varga (4 new connected Omakes over the past few days).

I’ll start with the new story by nordiamus, ‘Game On! 3 1.’ It’s not 4 0 because fem Tsuna doesn’t reincarnate to move to the next story because it’s in the same world as the last one. The next crossover story is Yu Yu Hakusho. Fem Tsuna comes in soon after Yusuke ‘dies’ because he will be the one to lead her to missing ‘pack mates.’ She helps him while trying to find them. So, yeah, the rest of the fanfics will be new (for me and you) sakurademonalchemist ones, again. I’ll say again, I like most of their stories, just not the fact that next to none of them are complete. The first one is called ‘Quirks’ and is a straight Naruto fic. It has Itachi creating a false identity as a female half-sister (that he found on a mission, using shadow clones at first) to annoy his father and cause problems with their marriage. The next one is called ‘Against the Dying of the Light’ and is a Harry Potter and Fate/Stay Night crossover. In it, fem Harry has been forced to marry Ron after the war. She finds herself invited to the Fifth Holy Grail War and uses it as a way to break the shackles the Wizarding World placed on her. Watch as she joins the war and finds herself in between two Archers who have an interest in her. What will happen? You’ll know as soon as I do if you read it, because it hasn’t got that far in the 10 chapters. It was last updated in April 2015. Then the one after that was ‘Artemis Fox,’ which is a Harry Potter and X-Men crossover. It has Lily unknowingly sleeping with Wolverine and fem Harry being his child. After the events of Halloween, she is still left with the Dursleys. However, she is dumped in a forest at a young age and takes care of herself. After that was the fic ‘Sekirei Game’ a Sekirei, Harry Potter and Gamer crossover. It has fem Harry with the Gamer power being dropped off in Japan at a young age. Her power allows her to wing Sekirei, but she ignores it until an accident causes her to confirm Homura (#6) and she becomes involved in the game. Following that is the fic, ‘Jade Angel’ and it’s sequel ‘Angel Avenger,’ which is a Harry Potter and Supernatural crossover. Jade has fem Harry being killed by Vernon after fourth year. After going to Heaven, she is thrown out because she didn’t finish the angel Zachariah’s job for him, because he didn’t want to do it. She runs away to America to be a dancer. She eventually becomes an actress and goes to Hollywood. She meets many of the Supernatural and changes things for the better. Then there was ‘Mirror Magic, a Harry Potter, Magical Nanoha and D.N.Angel crossover. It has Harry being a descendant to the Niwa and Hikari (at some much later time after D N Angel). He gets earrings in the shape of a white and a black wing. Dark and Krad are able to talk to him and help him run away to Japan. There he ends up with the Takamichis. Following that is ‘Demon Bounty Hunter’ which is a crossover between Harry Potter and Supernatural. It has a Harry, who is actually Sam’s twin, who agrees to because Crowley’s bounty hunter to free him from the Death Eaters clutches after the Light abandons him because they learn he is not a Potter. Finished with that, Yay! I went to the theater and saw “Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse.” I really liked this movie. I found it fun how when a new ‘Spider-Person,’ they did an abbreviated origin story. This is a great example of how to introduce multiple characters in a movie and not make it feel cramped or too much. Miles Morales gets his powers and is thrown into a world that’s suddenly expanded with people who know what he’s going through. For them, their stories have been going for a while, but this is his origin story.

No matter how strange the other Spider-People are, they were all introduced in comics previously. Miles is the most recent, having only been introduced in 2016. With Peni Parker and Spider-Woman being introduced in 2014. If you’re looking for a fun movie for all ages, I would definitely recommend this one.

A sakurademonalchemist Week (with still no votes on my poll)

Well intrepid readers (the few of you there are), there has still not been any votes on my poll. I asked a friend her opinion and since that is the only one I’ve heard so far, if no one votes then I’ll go by her decision. I just started classes that happen on Thursday night and am thinking of changing my posting dates if it doesn’t work out having them on the same day. Moving to the point of this blog, I read so more Taylor Varga. The new chapters this week are: Reality Bites Worm, Archer, Breaking the Gilded Cage (Wed & Thurs), Heroes Assemble!, Mauling Snarks (Omake), The Gamer (Webcomic), Knight of Betrayal and Taiga Cub and GATE: Thus the Chosen One Fought There.

The only series I read these past few days that wasn’t Taylor Varga or a sakura(youknowtherest) fic was ‘Mythical Night’ by Myrddin le Faye (not their original screen name, but they’ve changed it several times). It’s a Naruto and Arrow (though it’s mostly DC universe now) crossover where the Kyubi convinces Naruto that it’s better to become a ‘hero’ than to be a ninja. Thus he becomes the ‘Arrow’ of Konoha (the recent TV series version) and soon many others join him taking the names of DC universe heroes and villains.

As indicated last paragraph, the rest of the fanfics are by sakurademonalchemist. The first one is ‘Moon’s Blessing’ which is a crossover between Sailor Moon and Ouran High School Host Club. Ouran High School Host Club is a manga turned anime about a host club a rich private high school (aka a club where girls can bewooed by good looking men for money, though this one is a rich kid version with no kissing or more). When the scholarship student Haruhi Fujioka accidentally breaks an expensive vase she is drafted into the host club, because the club thinks she’s a guy at first. Watch as she pretends to be a boy as she works with her friends at the host club and help them become better people, just by being around. It’s a good anime and manga with a catchy opening theme.

The fic has Usagi being the sister of the main male character, Tamaka Sou, who has stayed at her aunts because another uncle was ‘interested’ (and not in a good way). When said uncle passes away, Usagi transfers away to Ouran to be with her brother. Watch as an accidental change of birth leads to large changes. The second story was ‘Blood for Blood’ which is a Naruto and Hellsing crossover. Hellsing is about the vampire Alucard who works with the Hellsing Organization to keep his fellow vampires in line in England. Watch him and his newly made partner Seras (a former police woman who he had to kill during his first job and brought her back) take on all comers from vampires, to priests, to Nazis. The manga and the second anime version (Hellsing Ultimate) are the better ones. The originals not bad, just not as good (in my opinion).

This fic is set far in the future of Hellsing where centuries have passed. When the ninja villages were founded Alucard went on a killing spree and he and Seras were sealed near Konoha. When fem Naruto finds out about them early in life, she goes and releases them. They take form as her age and join the class. Next, I read “Forgotten Angel’ which is a Harry Potter, Supernatural and Constantine crossover. Constantine is about John Constantine, a demon hunter who joins up with a police woman who is investigating her twin’s death. Getting mixed up with angels and demons they seek to find their own peace. It’s based on the DC Comic character.

In the fic, Harry is not slated to live much past birth, so Castiel is sent to take his place and kill Voldemort. However, when he is hit with the killing curse, he forgets all his memories and as no-one in Heaven really cares about him he lives his life as ‘Harry.’ It follows the same sad story until it is found that ‘Harry’ can see the demons that pretend to be people. He ends up living in a church, renamed Cas Sheilds, and the ‘younger brother of John Constantine. Watch as this ‘Harry’ goes to Hogwarts and upsets the apple cart. After that it was ‘Tricksters and Gods’ and it’s sequel, ‘Pagans and Angels.’ Tricksters and Gods is a Harry Potter and MCU crossover. After the events of the first Avengers movie, Loki is banished into human form until he is deemed worthy of returning to Asgard. The spell goes slightly wrong and Loki ends up in Harry Potter. After the curse on Halloween, it’s mostly Loki, with some Harry, that survives (without his memories). Watch as Loki lives as Harry Potter and decides to not take the Magical World’s crap. Then there was ‘Shifting Foxes’ (the only one of the sakura fics I haven’t read before) which is a Naruto and Pokémon crossover. It has Naruto happening after an event that shifted the planets plates and had the Pokémon disappearing for two decades. Now only ninjas are allowed to have Pokémon. Naruto finds an eevee when he’s young that has been experimented on that allows it to change back and forth between all of it’s evolutions except for the original three.
